Ms Katy Chan has in-depth work experience of over 20 years in the Financial PR industry, with 18 years in a Senior Management position. Being managing director & executive director of the board in a renowned financial public relations group listed on the Main Board of SEHK, a Co-founder of a PR agency and a consultant for two financial PR agencies (SMEs), her key areas of expertise (largely for A+H listed companies and IPO projects), include managing media and investor relations, marketing execution and crisis management. Ms. Chan has extensive experience in international roadshow. She led the teams to provide international roadshow and financial PR service simultaneously for mega sized IPO projects of the years. Mr. Wong has been working in the financial industry since 2003, with experiences serving clients in a wide range of industries, including building and construction, electronics, entertainment and gaming, hygiene and sanitary, information technology, mining, pharmaceutical and healthcare, retail chain stores, and telecommunication, etc. Having performed more than a thousand of appraisals and appraisal reviews, and provided opinions of value for transaction, financial reporting and litigation purposes, with his extensive knowledge and coverage over a broad range of assets including but not limited to business enterprises, intangible assets, derivatives, real estates, etc., Derek also advised on corporate and deal structures to facilitate mergers and acquisitions and presented as an expert witness in the High Court of Hong Kong. In 2021, he was one of recipients of the American Society of Appraisers Rising Stars Award in recognition of his contributions to the industry. He will advise HBKS clients on strategic prospects to optimize clients’ stock valuation as well as seeking synergistic merger and acquisition opportunities.

Her knowledges in legal, corporate finance and marketing communication are useful to provide integrated solution to our clients. During her career in brokerages, she has built good network with various institutional investors.
